Agents and integrations

Agents that act, connected to the tools you already use.

An answer in a chat is only the start. PrimeThink agents call your systems, run work on a schedule, and write the result back into the shared workspace, from wherever your people already are.

How agents get things done

Capabilities are configuration, not code

Each capability you attach to an agent gives it a new ability. Adding one is a setting, so new integrations do not wait for a software release.

API capabilities

Call an HTTP API from an agent. Credentials are stored as settings and resolved on the server, never typed into prompts.

MCP capabilities

Connect remote Model Context Protocol servers so the agent can use the tools they expose.

Computer Use

Let an agent operate a virtual desktop and browser in an isolated cloud sandbox: click, type and read the screen the way a person would.

Sandbox

Run commands in a fresh, isolated shell for one turn, to process files and data, then throw it away.

Where people reach them

Meet your team where they already are

You do not need everyone to open a new tool. Agents answer in the channels people use today.

  • Telegram and Slack. Each group registers its own bot or app. In groups and channels the agent replies when it is mentioned or replied to, so it does not talk over a busy conversation.
  • Email. Send an email to a task's own address and get the answer back in your inbox, attachments included.
  • Files both ways. Photos and files sent to a Telegram bot are read by the assistant, and files it produces arrive in the conversation.
  • Browser extension. A Chrome extension keeps PrimeThink aware of the page you are on.
  • Public chat. Put an assistant on your website. See App Runner.

Work that runs itself

From a one-off answer to a routine

Scheduled tasks

Run a task on a schedule, such as a weekly briefing, an overnight sweep or a nightly sync, and have the result waiting for the team.

Tasks you can share

Publish a task to a library, or run it straight from a link in an email, an intranet button or a QR code.

Memory that stays put

Agents draw on pages of memory about people, projects and preferences. When a fact changes, the earlier version is kept as history instead of being overwritten.

Bring your own models

Any model, your keys

Route each task to the model that suits it. Use your own provider keys, or route through AWS Bedrock.

RouteModels available
OpenAIGPT-6 and GPT-5 families, GPT-4.1
AnthropicClaude Fable, Opus, Sonnet and Haiku
GoogleGemini 3.x Flash and Pro, Gemini 2.5
MistralMistral Large, Medium and Small, plus Ministral and Devstral
DeepSeek and GroqDeepSeek V4, and open models served by Groq
AWS Bedrock and OpenRouterThe same models through a router

The model selector in the app always shows the current list. More than fifty models from six providers, plus the two routes above.

Pick one workflow and let an agent run it.
