What does "Build With You" mean — is it just a rebadged demo?
No. A demo shows you someone else's workflow on a platform. A Build With You session produces a working application built around your specific problem, in the session. You bring a real workflow. We build a real tool. You leave with it. If you decide PrimeThink isn't right for your firm, the app is still yours to keep. That's the difference.
Where does our data live? We have data residency requirements.
Your data lives in the AWS region you choose — including UK and EU regions. Nothing transits to US servers. For LLM inference, you can use your own API keys, route through AWS Bedrock in your preferred region, or use Mistral, a GDPR-native European model. You can mix models by data sensitivity — different models for different types of work, so sensitive matters never leave your chosen jurisdiction.
How long does it take to have something working?
Most clients have a working Live App by the end of the 90-minute Build With You session. More complex workflows involving multiple integrations may take a second session. The timeline is days, not months — and you do not need your IT team involved.
Do we need technical resource on our side?
No. The Build With You session requires one or two people who understand the business problem — typically a COO, Head of Operations, or a senior practice lead. We bring the technical capability. You bring the workflow knowledge. That combination is what makes a session work, and it is genuinely the only preparation required.
Can we control who has access to what?
Yes. Admins define which team members can access which apps, which AI models, and which data sources. You can route sensitive work types to lower-cost or self-hosted models. No team member can create or access workflows outside the permissions you set. Control sits with your operations and IT leads, not with individual users.
How do we monitor and control AI spend?
Because your team works inside pre-built Live Apps rather than open-ended chat, token usage is controlled at the task level — the person who designs the app controls the prompt, which controls the spend. Ad-hoc, unoptimised prompting from individual team members is not the model here. A token consumption dashboard by user, by app, and by workflow is in development and will be available to all plans. Overage above your included allowance is charged at provider passthrough rates with no markup.
