Build on PrimeThink like you build anything else.
A REST API, a command-line tool, JavaScript libraries for Live Apps, and a skill that teaches your coding agent how to build for the platform.
Four ways in
REST API
Manage chats, documents, collections, agents and tasks over HTTP, authenticated with API keys. An OpenAPI description is published with the API.
The pt CLI
Install it with pip install primethink-cli. Send messages, sync files, manage agents and tasks, export a task to a git-friendly file, and publish Live Apps from your terminal.
Live App libraries
Inside a Live App, the pt object reads and writes shared data, calls agent tools directly and sends notifications.
Developer skill
A skill for coding agents that teaches them the platform's conventions, so an agent can scaffold, build and publish a Live App for you.
Single-file or compiled, your choice
Describe an app in plain English and PrimeThink builds it. When you want full control, build it yourself.
- No-build HTML with Tailwind for the quickest route.
- React and Vite with Tailwind and Flowbite for larger apps, built and published with the CLI.
- Shared data. DB collections let several chats read and write one data store.
- Test it. Run browser tests against a Live App from a plan file.
More building blocks
Media APIs
Generate images and speech, transcribe and translate audio, label who spoke when, and analyse video.
Semantic search
Search documents, chats, collections and messages by meaning, including images by example or description.
Embed anywhere
Put a live chat widget on your own site, themed with URL parameters.
Everything is written down.
User, administrator and developer guides are at help.primethink.ai, and the API reference is published with the API.
